Looks very similiar to Shogun. A bit more simplified in some areas but the turn based world map, real-time 3D battle map system is very familiar. The formations especially look cool.

Those formations are impressive! Really is a lack of info regarding this game though it seems. On one hand I woulden't mind a "better" STW clone type of game on the other hand I hope they make some worthwhile differences to STW, assuming it even matches STW in terms of gameplay.

Multiple campaigns – players can choose Oda, Uesugi, or Takeda clan, each with their own unique benefits.

Also it appears you do not command units in battle, you select a battle line put them in a regular or unique formation, give them special orders and let all hell slip loose.
