Need Directions

I want to open the models of the units in 3ds max ive got all the tools ive got the script for CAS importing running but where are the files that need importing. Please i need help :help:

Rome - Total War/data/moels_unit/

This is the folder where all of the models are stored.

When i try to import any of the files it says no appropriate import module found, does this mean the script isnt running if so how do i know/how do you run the script?
