Agreed, we used to have a 1 minute flood control barrier. That was what it was in my old spamming days, used to be here for hours spamming for the equivelent of posts you get in an hour. ~;)

Oh dear I still remember the shameless thread. That spam thread will never be topped. You know you're and old school spammer if you can remember that thread.

Everyone literally just posted senseless posts time after time. It's whole purpose was spam and it ran for months upon months, it had to be shut down because it had too many posts and was breaking the board. I forget what number of posts it got up to but it was huge, huuuuuuuuuuge. Think of the most replies you seen in a post on the forum and then multiply it by a big number. It was insane.

Maybe somebody should write a guide to spamming - that would be really helpful for new spammers to get aclimated to the atmoshpere of the tavern.

I think you'll find I had the most posts in the OWS. ~;) 600 or so.

Can't do that stuff since I became respectable of course. I mostly did it for my avatar too-you used to need 500 posts to get a personalised one.

I did have a lot of spamming posts in thsoe two threads, I agree. Probably had msot i nthe shameless thread but not close in the original one word story thread. Babbiest babe thread - remember that guys? - was also a spammers dream with added drool effect.

Yeah, but still Craterus Sunday is nearly over and you have five to go. Apparently even a jet powered spammer such as Craterus has its limitations.

(Not saying all is spam BTW, just a good deal of it is)
