hey all so thanx to you all helping i have managed tp rid myself of the senate in game by giving them no cities. the problem i then have with this is that playing as any of the roman factions i cannot attack the other roman factions because i do not have enough favor with the plebs or whatever that thing is. is there a way around this problem???if so could neone let me know please. cheers all knoddy

Whenever I want to rid myself of the Senate and the other Roman factions, I send assassins like mad against the other factions until I'm declared outlaw by the senate. :party: :rifle:

I'm not sure, but i think you set the at war to begin with...

You have to increase the popular standing enough to overthrow the senate at the start of the game:
