By Stainless Steel Studios called "Rise and Fall" due out in winter 05. PC Gamer has a trailer. You play as Rome, Greece, Persia, or Egypt,...graphics are at least as good as RTW, and will include naval battles. There is as yet no official site, reviews or any other info. The limited info says "multi-player", but nothing else, just the trailer (some of it is game footage some not) and 12 screen shots.
