i challenge anyone to find a picture of janet jackson showing skin below the waist. i find it strange that a person who has made herself an image of sex appeal is always fully clothed from the hips to the feet. she's shown various parts of her upper body from the famous hands covering her, to the waldrobe malfunction but below the waist, she's always in a sarong or long leather pants etc. what's the scoop? knobby knees? scars? tatoos? cellulose? evil illuminati plot? tentacles?

and this thread is not dedicated to whether you think she's hot or not. i don't care. i just wanna know what lies behind the mystery....

Mariahs the number one female artist of all time. Supposedly has the best voice in pop if not the world. Come on she has to have at least one song you like. But thenher music and her voice are two differnt things. I actually liked the way she did Bringing on the Heartbreak in concert. Great guitar soloist ~:)

Well, I usually put them into the "just another female singer" - drawer(in my brain that is ~;) ) in which there are a lot of nice songs, but nothing special except for a few maybe. I often remember the songs when I hear them, but most often I don´t really care and they won´t make me listen up.

I like Nelly Furtado for example and one of the purest voices I ever heard is that of Feist. ~:)
