Best Mods for RTW

What are the best Mods for Rome Total War, and how do you do them

Well..there arnt many out at the moment. But from the ones that are it would be either RTR,(Rome Total Realism) or SPQR. I perfer the latter though...I am enjoying it a lot at the moment actully as the Macedonians now that I have Sword Hoplites. =) Should give it a try.
