Making Scottish Rebel faction playable (MTW)

I have made countless attempts to make the Scottish faction playable. Can anyone tell me how to make the Scottish faction playable?

This is RTW mods. There is a MTW mods thingy too here, somewhere, which might give more help. There are also some mods that you can download that have the Scottish faction...
