Sharing the Fog of War

Hey.
I'm wondering if it is possible to get rid of the fog of war the romans share. Because I have deleted the senate, and all the roman factions are at war with each other, but they still share the FOW!
Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

This might sound silly but how is it that you delete the senate? In other word are you implying that you have destroy the faction right?

Yes, you give the senate only one character and no cities, the senate dies at the start of the campaign.
