Q. If I'm playing online say 3v3 and my men rout early on so the game is over for me. Do I have to sit and watch the rest of the battle or can I escape out, go back to the forum and start another game?
Does this screw the game up for the other players in any way?

While you're dropping everyone else is hung up until you finish escaping. Sometimes it's not so easy to escape too, it takes several tries from what I've seen.
It always takes forever when I'm the host and I'm trying to reset a game due to a drop. I seems to take forever to drop a game!

well If i am hosting I can not hit Esc because like Ship said It takes forever well I can't seem to ESC even if i need the other night one guy droped before he deploey his men so we all were stuck there And i could not Esc so the only way for me to get out of a game is to shut down shogun And disconnect fron the internet and start again.

You are already dead you just don't know it yet!!

The normal role for a team player who gets knocked out early is to act as a spy and advisor for the remaining players.
So you don't just sit and watch you have a very important job to do.

If the host esc..the game is over, so if you are the host you have to stay and watch!!

When you need to ESC out, and it seems like it's not working HOLD DOWN the ESC button until it exits. Sometimes it takes 10 seconds or more of keeping it held down in order for it to work.
Sometimes this still doesn't work, and you have to REBOOT via the power button.
Harsh, but it's sometimes the only way to get out of a game that has HUNG-UP and won't allow you all to escape. ( in the case of someone dropping, and you want to reset the room, this happens a lot.)
