I'm such a noob that I don't know the best place to post this question. So make allowances ;)

Total War IV... where is the dicussion about it? As far as I'm concerned it's THE big issue.

I know it's here somewhere...

Total War IV? Do you mean Spartan:Total war? It has its own section, just look for it on the front forum page.

No I am talking about the next full TW game. What era do people want?

I have strong views on the subject.

The entrance hall is probably the best forum to discuss this. As for period, I would like the 17th-18th centuries.

The era I'm interested too. Over at the .com forum the most vocal are crying for a medeival remake,

I wouldn't object to it but just think CA should be pushing the game forward. I reckon the modding community could handle the re-making the MTW.

A Medieval retake would be nice but I would rather they done something new.

I suppose what I am getting at in a very non direct way is...

Shouldn't The Guild have a dedicated forum to ideas relating to the development and release of TW4?

It's the most interesting thing going on at the moment for me. Wouldn't it be great ho have everyones ideas in a dedicated area rather than scattered around the place?

If not a forum how about a sticky somewhere?

One big happy brainstorm :D

Hello GonZ,

First will be an expansion pack for RTW. Totalwar IV is complete speculation. Entrance Hall would be best for now I guess.

TosaInu... I accept that TW4 is pure speculation. How about a dedicated place in which to speculate?

Surely this is an important topic for us all? Prior to any announcement wouldn't it be good to get everyone's ideas out there?

I'm not for one moment suggesting that the topic would influence any CA decision... but I think it would be interesting and worthwhile to get the ideas flowing.

Debate the likely options and then a poll might be in order too at some point. What do you think?

In the meantime I'll try to word a decent topic for the entrance hall

I can't think of a better place than the EH. A topic of interest to all of us, in a place where we get to know new members.
