They all have honour and seem respect full
Tish does not visit to often though, (only upon my request most times)

I dont see why they should not become mebers,
But I also understand that its not my place to ask,

As each 'promotion' is based upon individual grounds, you could say every member is put above the other.

I understand that - but should it not be up to the mod's to promote on their grounds rather than have a member suggesting who should be promoted.

It depends how long they have been visiting. I think if someone has somewhere around 100 posts and has been visiting a while and has been respectful to org rules they definately should get promoted. I am not saying that people with fewer posts or whatever should not be, but at that point someone should definately be promoted.
