If all that help wasn't enough it is at the very top of the map near the middle (top of middle or 12-0-clock) . You have to travel for like 5-8 turns or something through a wood path and over a river to get to the city.

In my Pontic campaign I'm marching an army up there from the Black Sea coast. It's taken a long time, and I'm just crossing the rivers into the wooded seclude. I have never seen the settlement itself. It is well hidden, and I even wonder why the put such a small place in the north.
