It would be great if some people could stop picking at other patrons just for the sake of it.

In case some of you haven't noticed - the current thread started by clayton isn't the only one with a silly touch here in the Frontroom, however, for some reason this is the thread that people decide to flock to to slander the starter of the thread.

In his threads, count how many posts clayton has vs how many some other patrons have and tell me who is the spammer. If the approximate 2.5 posts per day that clayton has since joining 2 months ago is "spamming", then he's the worse spammer in history.

Clayton, relax. Nobody's calling you a liar. Nobody theorized history all on their own. But part of the rules of the intellectual community is that when you publish somebody else's idea, you have to give them credit. The only exception to this is so-called 'common knowledge'. In order for an idea to be 'common knowledge', you have to find the same idea published in at least three different sources. What's more, whenever you're using other people's ideas to supplement your own work, you should paraphrase what they're saying... take their words and mold them to what it is YOU are getting out of them. Again, even if you paraphrase, be sure to give credit where credit is due.

Yes, why is it in three threads? I can't figure that out either. I agree, telling everyone about the contents of a PM is breakign the trust of whoever sent it to you, since they obviously wanted it to be a private message.
