Hi Crayola Crayon,

Welcome to the .ORG!! :balloon2:

1) Convert your TGA file into JPG files using a program such as: IRFANVIEW (http://www.irfanview.com)

2) Upload your picture to a host such as: Image Shack (http://www.imageshack.us)
(I'd recommend registering first so you can track your images; Another alternative to Image Shack is Photo Bucket (https://www.photobucket.com) )

3) Now, copy the url address of your picture uploaded to the host. Paste the address in between the img tags such as:

url address

Example, here's a sample url address: http://img25.echo.cx/img25/1103/ebs1a12pv.jpg

Copy that url address/link and paste it in between the img tags and you'll see this

http://img25.echo.cx/img25/1103/ebs1a12pv.jpg

Give it a try. ~:)

Thank you for answering, but i tried IRFANVIEW, and it didn't work. ~ Do you recommend anything else? I've heard of something called FRAPs, but i don't know what it is exactly.

You downloaded the IRFANVIEW program not the plug-in right?

As for the FRAPS. I have not used it before but it recommended by many. One caveat is that it captures the whole screen.

So if you pause, the large pausebox also appears. At least that's what i've seen from the pictures by others.

all you need to do is convert your image from tga into jpg and then upload. It is easy and free.

Nice.

In the Download page they have the IRFANVIEW program and the IRFANVIEW plug-in, just wondering if you've inadvertently got the wrong one, that's why it isn't working.

What's the IRFANVIEW plug-in?

What's the IRFANVIEW plug-in?For a lack a better technical explanation, a plug-in is sort of an expansion pack to add functionality to the original software/program.

I'm just wondering if you've downloaded the plug-in instead of the actual program itself. What's the problem with IRFANVIEW?
