Hi I just wanted to know how to capture footage ( take a movie ) on Rome tw so that I can make a trailer.

So I wanted to know is there a program or tutorial I need for it

RTW provides a movie editor. You can download the documentation (some kind of tutorial) together with other editors in this link:

I can only say that the editor works, but I didn't make any movie.
