I was at my buddy's for my weekly Sunday visit of beer and tool talk. While there, the Jehova's Witnesses came by for their weekly Sunday visit. The point is not that the Witnesses are there, I know them all around here and I like them, but that the one who visits my buddy has this killer Georgia peach accent and I would just love to spank her. Her religious beliefs on the matter notwishstanding.

What women's accents do y'all find scorching and lustful, of perhaps simply lilting and luscious?

Pour moi...

The Georgia Peach
The Irish Lilt
The Quebec French Girl
The Russian Babooshka

And so many others.

Met a Parisienne the other day... very nice.
Italian's nice.
I also like received pronunciation (BBC English, as it used to be) - likely due to my upbringing.

As long as they're educated, can't abide these lower-class accents. Helps if the girl's pretty too.

Man BP your going a little underage right there. ~D

Anyways, on topic, I would go with them sweet southern girls and their accents.

German, Irish and Scottish. Interestingly enough, though, the Southern US accent irritates me to no end, even though it's jus a messed up version of the Ulster accent.

Beruit wouldn't it be a shorter list if you just told us which accents you DON'T like?

I like Irish accents myself.

On another note my Scottish accent has been known to go over well on occasion ~ That was before Mrs Ja'chyra though ~;)

Ya, but then the mods (cough-cough-BKS-cough) would shut us down for being negative and toss the thread into the darkness of The Backroom.

Mind you, I'm not too sure how a hardcore Canadian Newfie accent would be.

:hair2: "Lord T'undering Jesus dat feels gud boy!"

The Russian Babooshka

There's a Russian girl in my biology class with an incredibly sexy accent. It's a shame she's not really very good looking...

That's "Lard", and I'm sure that if you were as drunk as she is, you wouldn't mind one bit.

I feel the same way about the Southern US accent (I grew up in Georgia). Love the Scottish/Irish accent coming from a woman though.

British accent is very appealing... although not the Bar-wench British Accent when American women try to mimic it

My last girlfriend made me watch Bridget Jones Diary once, and ever time she tried to mimic her crappy english accent I'd always yell "Bar Wench! Fetch me another ale!" and she'd get pissed.

French girls (or women) that sometimes vacation here are so appealing when they're running around in their little bakinis... oo-la-la :curtain:

Ya c'mon guys. Have a sense of decency will ya? We're talking about women after all. They deserve to be treated with respect!

:uneasy: "Shhhhhhhhh!" Wait 'till Kukri's gone back to bed."

I am an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. I get to hear beautiful accents all day long. The following three are particularly nice.

Portuguese (Brazilian)
Italian
Russian

I don't have any French students.

Now, when you consider hearing their actual languages, Those three are still nice, but I have to add Japanese, especially with a Kyoto accent, and Chinese.

I like the language better than the accent...

... otherwise I'll take the Georgia Peach accent of English. That, or the New Yorker accent if I'm feeling cheeky. If we're talking Dutch, I don't like accents ~;)

hmm... That good ol' middle-class Scottish accent, oh yes... RP/Queen's English/BBC English, also quite good... Alabama, southern type accent, that is always appealling...
Eastern European/Russian is quite nice, but the language is not...

I find German accents quite scary...

Well my only experience with hot women with any sort of accents (I'm from New Jersey... we don't have accents here. The sort of steryotypical "Joysey" accent is New York, not New Jersey.) is watching interviews with models. I do like Southern accents, and French, and Russian, and Portueguese... but heck, if they are attractive, it's all good.

I love his new album... Just finished listening to it again.
And no, I never really heard anyone else talk like him... he's almost got a wierd drawl thing going.

Gah! I hate those. Those and New Yorker nasaly ones. When I went to Boston, I couldn't understand half of the waitresses at the restraunts we ate at. I thought she wanted to know if I wanted Super Salad. Apparently she wanted to know if I wanted Soup or Salad...
