Hi!

I watched an old community mod replay for M:TW/VI last night.
My install hasn't changed one bit since the recording,
but the units graphics and names were completely mixed up.
Instead of TurcomanHorse speeding around the flanks there
were Naptha Throwers, which I certainly never took.

Is there an issue with these replays? Something with the order
of units appearing in the unit_prod?

Hm IIRC I changed the order of units as well as deleting a few units too. If you dont have the Community Mod installed but watching a Com. Mod replay it would revert back to your default unit prod file and then you would see other units in the replay compared to what you picked.

It may be that my install is corrupted but I
still have early+, high+ and late+ periods.
So the mod should be installed.
Do you recommend a write-over install to make
sure I've everything in place?

BTW, It was the one we played. ~;)

Hmm Well I cant remember if we played the final version. I had a few beta's out and might have changed the order of units..

Could you send the replay to me?

Ahhh, I see.
I've community beta "something". That could be it.
I'd like to send the replay to you. Got a mail address?
I'll send it over in about 4 hours when I get home.
Thx for the quick help.

Thats the problem of testing beta's of mods, lots of versions heh. Sent PM with email. Maybe I still have the old version somewhere in case you want it.

Just in case anyone follows this.
It was my fault. I had the wrong version installed.
It was recorded with 1.0 and I tried to see it with
beta 3 installed. :wall:

CBR's Community mod for MTW/VI was very well done as were his Crusader Wars and Italian Wars for MTW. His contributions as a core team member to the Samurai Wars stat for STWmod for MTW/VI were invaluable.
