Oh, it's just the Norwegian flag. From that angle it looks like an upside-down cross.

I guess my Evil Mother's use of the word "bursdagskake" confused me i my childhood, so now, all these years later I still call it Birthday cake. Now that's a tormented soul for you ~:)
