Complete uninstall of RTW help please.

Hi everyone ~:wave:

I am attempting to uninstall RTW as it has been slightly modified as I want a fresh clean install that I can copy in order to take the plunge and try RTR. I seem to remember that there were a couple of additional files held outside the RTW folder that need to be deleted. Can you please tell me what they are?

I think that you just have to delete the RTW folder.

Hi everyone ~:wave:

Have now downloaded RTR but having problems. The website says you go into the provincial campaign but the only option I'm given is the prologue. When I click this it brings up the Julii and when I click again it just goes back to the prologue screen without starting a campaign.

Any ideas anyone please?

You need to play the prologue campaign first with the vanilla RTW. You can just start and exit.

Then, install RTR and you get the provincial campaign.

Had already worked it out. Checked the RTR website and it said change the preference file so "First Time Played" was False and I'm up and running. Just tried 5 minutes and split my forces with the half going north getting jumped by an awesome Greek army. Needless to say I lost which is new for me. It's 1.15am here so will have another look at it tomrrow. One things for sure I will be prepared for the Greek army the next time.
