Can an admin add "Currently Studying" please?

Divinus Arma
06-15-2005, 09:18
Right. But what have you attained so far?

I am also currently studying. I have an AA, finish my BA this November, and then I go for the MBA right after. Thus I voted "Associates" cause that is highest, even though I am currently studying.

I voted a bachelors degree because in essence I have finished my economics degree, I'm now waiting for my science side to catch up and then it can get awarded.

Why is this in the Colosseum?

Um... thrown out of university? Was headed for an M.Sc. though.

Starting again in September - going for a B.A.

So, 'some college' I suppose.

Hi everyone ~

I have voted as B.A. but continued past that to complete my CIMA professional accounting exams. So why am I spending my time on here reading strategies and responding to threads when I should be working. Maybe accounting isn't as thrilling as conquering all in RTW!!

Ah ha, that's where you're wrong - the new TW game is revealed:

Accountancy: Total War!

Fear my mighty abacus throwers! Cringe before my mounted bean counters! Cower before the dreaded off-shore tax haven pirates!

I'll get my coat...

Hi, well i am an environmental engineer (but also have a physics diploma), which means univ. edu., although in greece univ is 4 years and engineering departments 5, while doctors are 6 and there is a slight difference among them, but it's mainly to describe the difference of years, not the "scientific" lvl of them. For example the mathematics univ's is considered to be the toughest of all, followed by the physics univ's and then it's the literature univ's.

Anyway i voted for M.Sc. (Master) which i'm finishing in 2 weeks. So, i kinda cheated there!

I'm also working on the Ph.D i plan to do, but i can't obviously vote for that (need another 5 years :embarassed: ).

What's the associates/bachelors etc? Would be nice if you gave some info as to how education is planned in your country ~:)

some college...but won't go back...waste of time if you ask me. I started up a corportation 3 years ago (im 23) and the thing has just taken off like a rocket. Let's put it this way: Family vacation to a luxrious beach-house location july 1-10...I'll do nothing but drink, chase women, and swim around in the clear blue water...I'll probably make $15,000 profit that week...doing nothing :)

My friends who spent $60,000 and 5 years of their lives "studying hard" are still looking for jobs...(although I hooked my good friends up)

graduated High School a year ago and am running a resort. Not Ironically, it's my father's resort, and he doesn't like administrating, just keeping all of the extra-income, plus I think he is trying to groom me into overtaking his assets sometime in the future ~D . But I am currently enrolled at University of Washington-Seattle, and will be attending the 2nd Semester.

Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology

What I'm proud of tho, is that I teach at a national academy in the winter. Students from all over the country get to endure me expounding of the finer points of setting fires. :dizzy2:

Masters degree in chemistry - I did not go for the Phd as I did not want to spend an additional 3 years doing research in the lab (never regretted that decision)

Thrown out of high school three times. Never finished Grade 9.

Mind you, for a guy who's only ambition in life was to live alone in the woods, school was not my priority. The woods were. ~;)

It usually takes 4-5 years to get a Phd here, total abuse of cheap engineers if you ask me :furious3:

Now that I'm almost finished I kind of wished I had done my Master in Chemistry (catalytical chemistry), I didn't do it because I hate lab work.
