According to the link you posted, the reader reviews have it at an average of 3.5(3 and a half stars), or is there some other rating i'm missing?

Edit: I misread, you were saying it was down 1.5 points. I didn't know it had ever got to 5 stars and actually stayed there, I thought it was hanging around 4. But then I haven't really been keeping up with it.

Yeah thats what he is referring to.

After the whole save/load fiasco, many went over to Amazon and spoke their mind. The average fell from 5 to 3.5 in a matter of days. I am sure many sales were lost to Activision. Don't know if CA cares as Brutal is asking.
