I joined nigh 3 years ago, would only be a week or two short now.

I found a wonderful, magical place, filled to the brim with people hating the new game coming out, M2:TW. I loved every bit I saw of it!

I hung around the Citadel and the Entrance hall for a few months, then I was drawn into the dark, dark depths of...The Gameroom. A decision I sorely regretembrace.

My first game was Seamus' Capo Di Tutti Capi. Well known for being perhaps the greatest. game. ever, to feature on the .Org.

I was welcomed in, even as a new player. I died rather early on, but I was hooked.

For my first months, I thank econ, GH and MRD. :bow:



At this time, I had begun the final two years of my schooling. I also started getting some members on here that I was friends with. Gameroom players may remember Twilightblade, Killfr3nzy, Sarathos, Zorg, Cimmerian and of course our lovely brand-spanking-new Senior Member, Beefy187.

Oh the fun we had. Then we discovered we were expected to work.

Towards the end of '07, I left.

I do not remember why. After a month or two absence, I came back to just check PM's and whatnot, to my surprise I had been elated to the Senior Member rank. I did not understand why (I wasnt the only one, Hi W&F :grin2:) but I accepted it and had intentions to leave, but something started drawing me back in.

My thanks to all who drew me back in. :bow:

A long and rather uninteresting time passed, and my final year of schooling began. I also had a proper girlfriend, one which would prove interesting in the coming time.

My friends had all stopped posting (somewhere around this time), bar Beefy, but we persevered. Kingdoms came out for M2:TW and I again fell to defending it with shield and sword. It would have been around this time I joined KotR for a while. I was unable to get my M2:TW working, but I enjoyed myself immensly in the game, even without doing any actual actions.

For this period, I thank all KotR and LotR players. :bow:

The second half of 2008 was a tough one. The reasons why do not belong in the frontroom.

Suffice to say the pressure of working, the biggest workload in school and the girlfriend made the org a haven. The people that helped me through, my thanks to all of you. BigTex, CBR, GSC, Redleg, Pape, Andres, Rhyfelwyr, yesdachi, Hosaka, Martok, CA, Horetore, Rythmic, KK, Wakizashi, Caius.

Where is pever now? Well, after finishing high school, the wait for results began. I had a nice two month holiday, then early Jan, was told I failed high school. The search for a job began.

I was lucky enough to eventually find a job, at the end of March, where I still am (am right now as well, hopefully I don't get found out while typing this). I plan on becoming a full time student next year, looking forward to staying on the .Org.

I also blame all those kooky backroom posters where you even love the ones you disagree with and have big long interactions. Such good banter should be a crime.

I also blame those guys in the Arena. They might think Pong was the pinnacle of gaming excellence, but I experienced many titles due to their good reviews and recommendations. Such Good taste should be a crime.

Haha sounds like my senior year. I was up until usually 2-4 every night but that was when I was still hooked on coffee so that helped a little. Thankfully a few of my classes like Animation 2 didn't have homework because most of the students hadn't purchased any of the software to use at home.

I was also a bit lazy and sometimes didn't start the homework until about 10 so most of that is my fault.
