How to edit Wonder's attributes and effects? Need some help

Hello, everybody.

I was trying to change the effects given by a Wonder to any faction that owns it, but I coudn't find the correct txt file.

Could anyone help me?

i dont think its possible to mod the effects of the wonders

If you give me an example of what you're trying to achieve I might be able to provide a way you can add that effect.

But the actual effects are hardcoded.

ok. there's a wonder that gives you less years to build some kinds of building.
I'd like to substitute this bonus (effects) by another one, like health bonus in all your provinces.
So, this way, when you conquer that province that has got the wonder, you will have a bonus health in all your settlements.

I don't know if I was clear, because my english is very bad.....
