Unlocking all factions

So how's it done ? I posted this yesterday and got a response but now I cant find the thread. I did try but for some one who only knows how to turn on the computer , play total war and surf the net it was difficult to even find the file in question let alone alter it . please if anyone could post an idiot proof guide I be thankful...I run XP.......................Has anyone else had a post dissapear?

so I think I've down loaded it what do i do now?

ok ;

I would say it's a .rar file ( looks like pile of books )
well you extract it ( just say extract here ( or extract into..... complete factions mod 1.2 or something like that )
when it says something like overwrite files chose yes - don't think it 'll happen.
And a some point ( after the extraction don't know when exactly ) there will run a very straight forward installer, no probs there.
then you should be done, it should work.
