PM system problem

I'm having difficulties with the (new?) PM system. It doesn't seem to put the recipients name in the box properly nor can i type it in or search for it. I've used both the New PM, send Pm to user, and the link in the Ludus Magna Readme First thread but nothing seems to work.

I'm using Netscape 6 on a unix box so perhaps it's my hardware that is the problem and there will be nothing I can do. But it would be nice to know if there is something I can tweak. i had to sully myslef with a windoze machine to request a thread! :furious3:

It did work on Windows? Perhaps you can try a different browser on Unix?

Works alright with IE. Can't install stuff on the Unix machine as I'm just a user. I'm looking to see if it's my preferences that are the problem. Does the PM system use anything fancy like ActiveX?

Some Java script IIRC. Nothing serious, as it still works on my PC's. Those are always forgetting they can handle Java.

I guess it's probably the Java then. Nothing much I can do about it then. No big deal I suppose as I rarely send them anyway. Thanks for your help. ~:cheers:

Checked the hack, it's using Javascript.
