i play that game online all the time, it freaking rocks

I play Call of Duty all the time but unfortunalty not online. I probably will one day but I am obsessed with rome at the minute. Very good game though. Ca'nt wait for the second one! ~:cheers:

Used to play "Heat of Battle" all the time .Great mod .
Uninstalled a while back ,because I needed to free up some HD space ,but it was a great online experience.

I played it a bit but got bored with the small maps. I found a better WW2 shooter in the Red Orchestra mod for UT2k4

I have had the honor to claim the title of one of the best (if not the best; no official tournament in CoD, but we simply kicked everyone that challenged us :bow:) CoD clans in Europe.

We were great, ferocious, swift and deadly. It got so bad that the tournament organizers were forced to ]invent rules to prevent us from getting the championship over and over again.

When we first came there, we were the “underdog” of those tournaments, as my friend once so accurately forumulated it.

When we went away, we were legends.

I still remember the glorious days were the snow of Hurtgen was soaked red with the blood of our opponents.

I still see the images of me running into open field of Brecourt, challenging the fastest and the deadliest, and surviving it thanks to dead cold aiming skills I used to possess.

One shot, one kill. That was our policy.

And I also remember our clan leader regularly getting in the heat of the battle and throwing grenades under our own feet. Man, he was the enemy’s greatest asset. ~D

I must be the only bad gamer here; I cant ever win when i do any online game. especially the ones i like.

bf1942 is my favorite but i usually get 6 or 7 kills and 12-50 deaths

I used to play before under the name "Spitfire", but now my damn ping is so high that I barely can get on any server; and when I first do it usually says "Connection Interrupted" all the time and there`s no point in playing. :furious3:
