Has anyone found a way to correct the mouse speed?

I just bought this game and it makes me want to toss
it in the trash. How can do you a proper battle like this.
This is just freaking lame. Why could they not put an option
in the game for this? The game designer in charge of this
may want to consider getting off the Vicodin next time.

I also find it too slow, but I manage. I think changing the mouse speed in the windows changes it in the menu also, but not in the game. By the way, you should read the manual again as it contains a few useful tips for making the camera pan faster. It certainly helped me.

Try editing your preferences.txt

CAMPAIGN_MAP_MAX_SCROLL_SPEED_MIN_ZOOM:30
CAMPAIGN_MAP_MAX_SCROLL_SPEED_MAX_ZOOM:30

Increase the number 30 to...whatever. 60 is good I suppose. Treat yourself.

but remember, if your comp is lagged in graphics, no amount of mouse tweaking will make your pointer move faster.

Why don't you tell us about that BEAST of PC System with the slow mouse speed? BTW, why is it your presumption that everyone is suffering as you?

Frankly it sounds like your system is underpowered and/or is overheated, take your pick.
