What is it ?
I have AOL http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/frown.gif but i got the 1.02 patch in.

Is this the same patch or it do something different?

Konnichiwa,

The AOL patch is for the original STW. It was a patch released before 1.12. It's likely that 1.12 also fixed the AOL problem.
