Hybrid Arcade Mode

I heard that somehow you can turn off specific effects(Morale, Fatigue, and Ammo.) by editing some files. Is this true, and if so could someone tell me how to do it?

Sorry this is abit off topic but what exactly is Arcade Mode in RTW?

It allows you to play the battlefield game with even less historical realism than the vanilla game (so no morale, fatigue, unlimited ammo etc.)

Kourutsu the file you're looking for is called preferences.txt, it includes a list of options that you can turn on and off by changing them from TRUE to FALSE
