keyboard shortcuts and hot keys

I don't find anything through google but I thought there might be a list of ingame hot keys and shortcuts somewhere. A few are listed on the back of the manual but with the added patches and the fact that there are just simply hidden ones, I need this help before I move on with my game. For one, I don't know how to instant-jump the camera from one side of the battle to the other. I know that double-clicking the minimap will have it fly over but in the heat of acton this fly-by doesn't cut it, it gives the AI time to bash away at my troops.

Also, with rally points on the campaign map, I don't understand why when I have no character selected it still pops up the red arrow as if I'm selecting positions for an imaginary person. Rally points are somewhat confusing still but I've only been playing around a week.

Press F1 ingame to get a list of all hotkeys. It's pretty extensive.

To move the camera to a specific unit, double click the unit icon at the bottom of the screen. The camera will move to that unit. If you want it to move back instantly, move the mouse to the edge of the screen as if you were going to move the view.

as krauser has already answered your hotkey question i'll just answer about rally points.
i very rarely use rally points myself however they are quite simple to use.
1) select a city where you are going to train troops
2) hold down alt and right click where you want any newly trained troops to go
3) to cancel the rally point simply hold down alt and right click on the city

keep in mind that this will send units out one at a time making them somewhat vulnerable.
