How can I start a campaign already at war with the Brutii and scipii?

There are two descr_strat files in the Data folder. Run a search for descr_strat you will find them. If you look at the bottom of the smaller one there is a list of relationships. Copy and paste the one for war and insert which factions you wish in the campaign descr_strat file. You can do the same for alliances.
