I used to not want any.

Now I just want a baby girl. Me and my gf are planning to produce the first ever Greek-Malay hybrid ~D . Alternatively we would like to adopt a girl from one of the countries where female children, if lucky, are thrown in orphanages ( China or India etc ).

So, when there is money and there is time I m planning to try until I have a daughter. I suppose I dont have to say how much stories like ' they had 4 sons before they got a daughter' scare me. I was a young boy once, they are a pain in the ass. Girld though are nice and cute and polite and their heart belongs to daddy ~:)

So No more than 2 I think and ideally 1.

i have a little 1,5 year old cousin and i love the little guy... playing with him, sitting on the couch watching "where´s nemo" that he´s absolutely nuts about..

but you know what?....i love even more knowing that after a couple of hours i can go back home and he doesn´t come along....catch my drift? ~;)

Rofl. I can recite that script verbatim (and Schrek) thanks to my 3 year old grandson. We shout out the good parts together; great fun. But as you say, I'm always happy to see him ride off, smiling, after a day with gramps in Mommy's car returning to Mommy's house.

And I think you guys are right: it must be hormonal. I remember not wanting any (at 18), going along with the idea (20's), really enjoying the Daddy gig (30's & 40's), and now getting used to the gramps role.

I still haven't taught li'l Jake yet how to "pull my finger"...I'm saving that for later.

This will probably hapen between the ages of 35-45 in which case you'll have enjoyed your life in terms of being independent and wild for quite long enough.


As for me, I will proabably have kids when I'm around 40. Till then my meaningless life will have to preoccupy itself with none other then itself. ~:)

There's nothing worse then bringing a kid into the world if you are poor. You basically set a likely pattern of failure to another person. So it's better to wait till you're older and have a better career. Logical, no?

No meaning?? Thats not true and you know it! Your family and friends give your life meaning, as do your interests and opinions.

You just need to learn to enjoy life and not look for "meaning", thats why I wont have kids. I can only imagine the fun ill be having when all the people my age are trying to handle 2 jobs to pay for 2 kids.. all for what? They get to be 18 and expect you to buy them cars and pay for college.. at least thats what I expected. ~D
