maybe your drivers aren't up to date ?

And I had that mouse lag / blur problem , however thatwas when I was just installed a mod, and reinstalling fixed that bug ....

and what are your system specs ?

:balloon2:

Well, I have that type of experience with lots of games.

It's caused by a non-system mouse icon or background programs. Non-system means that it's not the normal windows cursor, the little pointer or whatever theme pack you set your windows mouse to.

In alot of games, the mouse will lag if it is replaced by a game icon. If RTW has a system mouse option, select that.

ATI should have an interface program that sets the graphics card rendering options so you can toy around with turning them off one at a time and that may work.

If that doesn't work, defrag your disk and alt+ctrl+del all running programs except for systray(if you don't have a stereo that can be adjusted). Anti-virus, firewall, and RAM freeing up programs are resource succubi so turn them off if nothing else.
