I went to the mega upload site but it takes way too long. like 5 hours! Can I find it anywhere else?

You'll have to check the other thread at CC forum. They may have a Filefront link somewhere as well. Anyhow, Megaupload allows download managers, so download in a few sittings if you can.

I'm not exactly proficient at anything involving computers. When I have a cable modem that runs at 300+ Mbps and I can only download 10kb at I time, that makes me give up. Maybe I'll try running it before I go to bed or something.

I can understand how you feel. My connection is only slightly faster (13K per sec) and thus i use Download managers such as Getright or Download accelerator plus. Both can be downloaded from www.download.com and are not too difficult to manage. Thats all I can say to help you out here. Best of luck.

You should be able to make your own pretty easily. You just need to get the desired tracks and put them in a new folder (called Music) in your Rtw/data/sound folder. Then find the descr_sounds_music.txt and put the names of the tracks into the appropriate slots ~:) .

I'm working on a faction specific music component for my mod (AoM: TW) which will feature classical music (Carmina Burana, Holst, Tchaikovsky etc.) and I may release the scores individually later.

...do not forget the ride of the valkyries. All battle soundtracks should have that song in it. *nods* And...I don't know, the barbarian victory song after each battle could be the drinking song from Carmina Burana... o_O Normal soundtrack music'd have to be something narcotic and minor-key like moonlight sonata or something. The 3rd movement of the same is nice for batle music :-P

Argh it doesn't seem to work. I made a new music file and added in some of my favourites. THen I went into the sound file and placed them into the appropiate slots and it still doesn't work!

I even went to the extent of deleting the music I didn't want and when I start the game it still plays the music even though it's not on my computer anymore.
