Help Editing Starting Positions

I'm sure I made a post on this but its dissapeared.

I suucesfuly gave Tara to Britannia and removed Deva and gave it to rebels. No problems.

I then tried to remove Eboracum from Britannia but it didn't work. Could this be becase thier is a family member there, although I thought I moved him.

It's very hard for people to help you if you do not post the actual code of your descr_strat file. Just saying what you have tried to do does not allow people to see where you may have made a mistake.
