If you were going to take over the world....what would and how would you do it?
I would Go on some place with quite a populace like FIJI (there is such place...look it up on a enlarge map you'll find it
Then 8 times a month i'd kill 7 people in one day
Whilst thats happening i'd get my "minions" to build out a lair in a carvern
Then id stop doing the killing when i have enough minions send out my minions and henchmen to rob banks and things like that
eventually hire assaians to kill nation leaders get polatitans to get me into world power...
then abrakadabra im the ruler of the world!!!

I'd build a big laser or photon torpedo and threaten to bring ultimate destruction to the planet, unless, of course, I can lead it the way I want to. Disobedience by a person is punished with the elimination of his entire race.

This is purely hypothetical, as I'm certainly not planning to take over the world... really... my henchmen are not already in position, awaiting orders, or anything like that... you're not unwittingly all pawns in my master plan... nothing of the sort is going on at all, for sure... and it certainly won't happen this new year's eve, so don't go looking.... hmmm, I've already said too much.

If i was going to conquer the world? I would first start a few colony's on mars, and wait till the population reaches 50 million. Then, i'll have enough dedicated henchman to build my doomsday device which i have designed (seriously, i've got it drawn out with about ten pages of notes and diagrams, locked up in a safe) and i can threaten the world with either a small amount of destruction (an important building, e.g Buckingham Palace) or the destruction of all life on Earth. If they don't obey my commands, then i destroy all life and carry on humanity and civilisation on Mars. If they do obey my demands, then i make sure that i unite the entire world, and make humanity a space faring civilisation, exploring the stars, setting up home on new planets, while making sure everyone lives peaceful happy lives, and anyone who speaks out against me or has a different opinion to me is dragged out of their house at night into the back of a black car and never seen again.

First make yourself leader of relatively powerful, industrial, strong military country. Chair a World Council of Peace where all the leaders in the world would meet in one place. Then have a fictitous terrorist group kill them all. You will be "accidently late" and thus miss all the slaughter. Then all those countries which did not attend the WCP (therefore not interested in peace) will be declared supporters of the terrorists. Invade those countries until in the end you have a powerful empire.
