Very sad. A politican who help Northern Ireland and Britain as a whole, who was a lively character and has left a mark on my country. Such so that she is probably the only Northern Ireland Secretary that we can name.
EDIT: her affect on Northern Ireland

Reading the BBC's readers tributes on their home page.I was struck by how many wrote that Mo Mowlam was one of the few politicians that they believed spoke the truth ;as she saw it .
I was also struck by her down to earth way of doing things .
I respected Robin Cook ,and thought him one of the best speakers on the floor ,but Mo Mowlam was the one I actually liked .
She made ,I feel a truly great contribution to peace in northern Ireland .
Sad times.
A real shame, double blow, what with Cook going a couple of weeks ago. Such a shame. :embarassed:
Someone is killing off all of Britain's semi-good politicians. :(
