Or should I say, homeward bound...
I've just had three weeks on an Outward Bound course in New Zealand - and I have to say, despite being physically quite tough, it has been one of the best times of my life - and I'd like to recommend it to all of you (although, perhaps NZ may be a little far to travel for some)
Cold, wet, tired and completely kept in the dark for 3 weeks. Gotta love it. And, I feel a lot fitter that before - must be those morning runs into the sea. (Did I mention it's winter in New Zealand at the moment?)
Anyway, if any of you are interested, www.outwardbound.co.nz is the site. Though, there are of course other Outward Bounds around the world, this one is the most old-fashioned - and toughest!
