Ok ive recently bought RTW and am now looking at mods. I saw EB and what i saw blew me away. Ive read the FAQ so no annoying faction, unit whatever questions but i still have some.

Does anyone know what the size of EB will be, ive got 56k so i need to know how much space itll take up?

from what ive seen the map looks emtier, as factions have lost lands. Is this the case?

Do chariots still exist, cause from the new units i didnt see any?

And lastly why did you not put any elephants in?

But anyway you all need to be congratulated dudes, youve put so much effort and it looks friggin awesome, cant decide which faction sig to use.
10/10 from what ive seen.

Well, I don't know the exact size, but I'm afraid it will be big. We plan to include lots of stuff, so there's no way to make it too small, even with compression. Anyway, optional stuff -sounds, music, etc.- may be released separately, so you may add it later.

Factions will extend approximately over the areas they occupied around the start time. Since the number of factions is limited, it means that they cannot extend all over the map. But that not means the map is empty. Rebels -independents- will have much more entity, accuracy and importance than they have in vanilla. You won't get bored fighting against hordes of clonic grey people.

Yes, you'll see them. Only for the factions that really used them in the era. Our handy guys are working in them.

And lastly why did you not put any elephants in?

There will be elephants, of course. Take on account that EB is still in the works. You have seen just a representation of the stuff in the mod, but there's still too much to do and see.

Guys thanks for the info and no matter how many hours it takes, ill wait 5 hours for the download of such an awesome mod and im glad that elephants still exist ~D

On size, I think a realistic estimate is around 350MB. That may change, depending on what we can do with compression...

Faction previews are just that, a preview. They are appetisers not a main meal. We hope to pleasantly surprise you things once you start playing.

There's a lot to see beyond just the factions' previews, but most of it is still u/c so that's why it appears that nothing more than infantry and cavalry will be fielded by each faction... there simply aren't screenshots yet.

As for me, my sigil shall stay occultus for now. Though I rather like the Bartix one. Hmm. Does anyone know where I can find it again? I can't seem to find it anymore.
