How do you change the name of a faction

well i was wondering on how i can change the name of a faction for a little fun campaign im working on for my own personal use

Sorry, I've lost my notes on this; What I do, in general, is just do a search of all the .txt files for the display name of the faction. There are three or four files you have to edit, including shared.txt and campaign_descriptions.txt, I believe.

Campaign Descriptions isnt too important, there are really two important files. Shared.txt (data/text) lists just the names, and expanded.txt puts them in all the various contexts the game displays them in. You will have to edit these files and dont change what is in the {} on the left side, just the text on the right.
