Creating Heroes

I know it's possible creating heroes using scripts, right?
what I need to do is in trigger x, create character x, name x, position x, trait x etc etc...
well, I'm not good in scripting so somebody please help me on this.

Or better, what mods will be implementing "hero characters"?
