Looks good except for the Preventores; looks like an Arcani unit, which I hate and never used.
A link would be nice so i don't have to search through gamespot.
Can't seem to find it on Gamespot.
Are you sure that it is Gamespot ??
Me neither. Maybe Gamespy or IGN.
EDIT; It's in IGN. Right there on the front page of the friggin site. I don't know how you can get to it from Gamespot but any way link (http://pc.ign.com/articles/647/647657p1.html).
Looks pretty cool. Alos I think there is a new video, or at least one I havn't seen.

Indeed, the teaser video.
It didn't look that special IMO.
The saxon and trailer looked alot better.

Sorry guys, having a bad day. Yeah, it's at IGN. Sorry bout that. :hanged:
I had a look at the preview of the BI XP in the Sept' edition of UK PC Gamer in Sainsburys the other day, and it had a few screens of the green coloured W' Roman Rebels, including one showing a battle screenshot that displayed a unit card of an infantry unit with a shield and long spear. I've read somehwere in an BI interview that Roman factions would have a unit called something like Lanciri. However, this isn't mentioned in the IGN WRE preview.
Those were probably the Limetines they are spear armed.
Lars573, The unit I referred to and saw in UK PCG are definitely a different unit from the Limitanei, the unit card of which I'm familiar with from the XP Demo. In addition, in the 178 new screenshots thread, one of the screenshots, see below, shoes units, WRE units in the second line of recruitable units that are not accounted for in the IGN WRE preview unit list.

You mean after the ships? I'm fairly certain those are spies and assassins (in that order).
Lars573, yes, and having looked again at the screenshot, after reading your post, I think you are correct about spy and assassin unit cards. Thanks for clearing that up.
IIRC Lanciri means lancer. And refers to light cavalry. No wait light Roman cavalry was called Lancearii, I just checked on it.
