I'm having trouble getting my newly created mercs to take rebel skins. Can you see anything wrong with these entries?

I'm getting the Parthian skins for some reason.
This should work as far as I know, thats most likely the problem, my lack their of. Right now I'm stumped. These are for my ZOR troops.
P.S. I found it. I didn't add ' mercenary_unit ' to the attributes line. That also cleared up all my unit card issues but one and I'll bet that's a typo.
