Convert tga(or any other) files to BIF?

I was just curious about modifying so I started with the battle flags first and I got it done easily after scanning these forums. I use Photoshop 7 to create flags as tga files are readable by it.

I'm thinking about replacing all the campmap flags but I notice I can't modify bifs in photoshop. I have bifreader; it can modify bifs obviously. The thing is, I'm not too good at creating emblems pixel by pixel. What's the name of the program that can convert tga (or anything) to bifs? ~:cheers:

Check through the forum downloads section. I seem to remember seeing a BIF conversion utility being in there, while browsing for something else.

Note: the 'forum downloads' link actually takes you to an external website, called "3D downloads". You may have to queue to get popular downloads but this makes the download speed quite rapid.
