Not Fair

I just started to train legiones for the civilwar and I just happened to notice that several different armies ( The Senate, Scripii, Brutii And a Macedonion) have more than 20 units. It says in the MANUAL that an army CAN NOT have MORE THAN 20 UNITS!!! :furious3: Is there a way that I can get my armies to more than 20 or is the game just one sided :furious3: :furious3: :furious3:

Look more carefully. You should notice that the box is only 9 units wide, so there are 18 in the first two rows and 2 in the third.
