I want to buy myself an atals.
It should cover the ancient/classical world. Hellas, the meditarrean etc. Do you have any good recommendations? Thank you.

very nice, very exact, unfortunately quite expansive...
Wow... That is indeed one great atlas. But 350$ is quite expensive.

yes, I've seen this atlas on amazon before, but indeed the price is quite high. What's the difference on the $500 dollar edition and the 350 one?
I've been thinking about a lighter edition, penguin atlas, can anyone recommend them?
i personally prefer the historical atlases by hammond. they're usually colorful, detailed and not too expensive.
