(1) make crusades act like "strategic units" as far as being able to move from port to port instead of having to utilize the fleets.

why? even with the upcoming crusade "fix" suppossedly coming, i foresee crusades still taking at least 4-5 years to get to their destination, which is simply too long

(2) troops PUT into a crusade should not leave, those attracted fine, but not those i fund myself

(3) MORE "civil wars" at least on expert. particularly where you have an elder brother (of the prior king) becoming king, over the prior kings young son

the whole regent versus heir thing

(4) stronger rebellions and faction re-emergences, when they occur to make them more than a speed bump

(5) allow travel through ally lands

(6) for ADD-ON, more diplomatic options

(7) limited trade with your own provinces, more land-based trade

(8) fix the fleet stuff, no more "i have 10 gun galleys they have a pleasure yacht, and they blockade my province" either they run, or they stay and fight to "control" the sea, not "hey im on a pleasure cruise and controlling the sea over your aircraft carrier gruop"

(9) in the early era, make the original crusading factions actually focus crusades on the "holy lands" rather than kiev and khazar.

why? the entire early era is based upon the crusading era, to not have the game actually reflect that throws the entire "spirit" of the game off IMO

im not saying all they have to do is crusade against the holy land, but, they should more often than not go for palestine, rather than kiev in 1096

(10) less destruction of buildings, longer sieges, higher siege costs, which i think you are working on so good job!

(11) an ally coordination message, where applicable, similar to ones we get from spies, where an ally says (like spies already do)

" i will be launching an attack against xyz province next year, you are cordially invited to assist"

(12) an expansion of GA achievemnets and/or the ability to "mod" or own

(13) a few more units, particularly for some "barbaric infantry" for the eastern rebels, im sure they had more than spearmen and horse archers

(14) in addition to the above, an easy way to create/mod new units, if it currently exists, great!

(15) allow crusader-unit types for all christian factions (danes, sicilians, etc)

in my sicilian mod all they get are fanatics, i find it odd that Bohemund of siciliy, probably the "military" leader of the first crusade doesnt get nothing but fanatics

(16) NO excoms when you are relieving a siege
