For 1.2 I have no idea...

But I may have 'accidentally' left the commands unlocked in BI (and maybe even the 1.3 patch as well)... woops ~;)

By the way, R:TW is so easy that you don't need any cheats ;)

RTW patch 1.3 will be released at the same time as BI.

Yes, it is not that hard, but the cheats are handy for modders to have to hand when you're testing things.
