Typically, games that the devs know will be good are released early for review. E.g. most recently dragonshard and dungeon siege 2 had reviews up before the release date of the game (though these were both only "good" games, and not great ones). As in the move industry, if you know what you have is good, you want people to see it to drum u pinterest.
BI has no reviews up anywhere, though it has already been released. Now I've had very bad experiences with other games that refused to offer review copies early (and thus had a 1 week or so period where they were "review free"). Most recently, dungeon lords and stronghold 2.
Does it concern anyone that BI is lacking in reviews? What does this tell us about the devs' self-evaluation of their product?
